About Ata AlBayouk: is the founder of Al Bayouk Chartered Accountants and has more than 48 years of experience in the field of legal accounting and zakat and tax consulting. Ata Al Bayouk established Al Bayouk Chartered Accountants in 2001. Prior to the establishment of the office, Ata Al Bayouk worked in the office of Whinney Murray & CO Chartered Accountants (currently Ernst & Young) as one of the major partners in the Middle East. Ata Al-Bayouk held the position of a board member in the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants, Chairman of the Audit Committee Yaqeen Capital (Formerly FALCOM Capital), member of the Board of Directors of Funds in Falcom, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Packaging Materials Manufacturing Company, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Board of Directors of Amana Insurance Company In addition to the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee at Al-Amthal Finance Company. Mr. Ata holds a fellowship of the Association of Certified Public Accountants in England and Wales (ACCA) and a fellowship of the Egyptian Accountants and Auditors Association and a founding member of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and one of the first persons to obtain the fellowship (License No. 7). Mr. Ata holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
About Hussam AlBayouk: is the Zakat and Tax Consultant at Al Bayouk Chartered Accountants and the current Director of the office. Hussam Al-Bayouk joined the office in 2001 and worked in the various departments of the office (auditing , zakat and tax services, administrative consulting, establishment and liquidation of companies) and specialized in the field of zakat and tax. Before joining the office, Hussam founded Al-Farabi Trading Company and worked for many trading companies. Hussam Al-Bayouk holds a Zakat and Tax Consultant License No. 26. Mr. Hussam obtained a postgraduate diploma in law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University (Saudi Arabia), a postgraduate diploma in accounting from the University of Sterling (Britain) and a postgraduate diploma in accounting from the University of Glasgow (UK) and Bachelor of Accounting from King Saud University (Saudi Arabia). Hussam published several research reports , including a study of the Zakat status of the Joint-Stock Companies of the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia for the years 2004, 2005, 2007 AD. The study of the zakat situation for the year 2005 was published in the Riyadh Trade Journal.
