Beginning of the career

We started in 1974G with a long-term strategic vision and ambitions with a national look for a half-century.

The career of the founder and advisor Atta Hamad Al-Bayouk started in the heart of the Saudi capital, where he was a member and a manager of major companies. He has also contributed effectively to the development of the accounting profession in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1974.

Achievements of the founder:

• He has made intellectual contributions through research and professional working papers inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Those intellectual contributions have been discussed at major institutes and universities.

• He has established “Al-Bayouk office – Chartered Accountants” to be a milestone in the world of professional consulting.

• In 1985, he wrote the first accounting book, in two parts, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab world explaining international accounting standards.

• This was followed by the book “Explanation and Introduction of the Saudi Accounting Standards for Presentation and Disclosure,” which solidified his status as an expert in this area.

Milestones in his career:

• Membership in major committees and boards of directors for local and international companies.

• He participated and was a representative in specialized international conferences and seminars.

• He was commissioned by the Financial Accounting Standards Committee of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants to prepare numerous professional papers.
